ABOUT
WHO AM I?
I am a Psychologist specializing in Neuropsychology. I support children and adolescents, adults, individually or as couples, to help them achieve their goals of well-being and mental health.
I practice Psychology with respect for the person, their dignity and their freedom, in accordance with the Code of Ethics for Psychologists which stipulates: "Respect for the person in their psychological dimension is an inalienable right. Its recognition is the basis of the psychologist's action."
Because our psychological functioning is built upon our relationship with ourselves and others, the therapeutic relationship is the space in which healing is possible. My natural empathy and my ability to listen with kindness and without judgment allow me to create an atmosphere of trust.
EXPERIENCE
With a doctorate in neuroscience, I have been working in research for over 40 years. I have explored numerous topics (see HERE ), with a constant interest in the dynamic aspect of neuronal function—known as neuronal plasticity . Our brain activity changes under the influence of attention and concentration, learning, social context, and during the repair of brain lesions or emotional trauma.
In 2016, after holding numerous research management positions ( see HERE ), I became interested in Psychology and earned a Bachelor's and then a Master's degree in Clinical and Research Psychology from Aix-Marseille University . Psychology taught me that human beings are fundamentally relational, and that relational difficulties are the most frequent reason people seek help. Today, I apply and extend the concept of neuroplasticity—the ability of our brains to change —to the healing of emotional and relational wounds and to cognitive-behavioral rehabilitation in therapy (CBT, EMDR , ACT, Schema Therapy, etc.).

PROMOTING NEUROPSYCHOTHERAPY
This dual expertise in Neuroscience and Psychology allows me to promote neuropsychoeducation (enabling you to learn the link between how your brain works and your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors) and neuropsychotherapy (a therapy based on neuroscience). This approach, initiated several years ago, can now benefit from the immense progress in Neuroscience, to the benefit of mental health and patients.
CONSULTATIONS
ONLINE CONSULTATIONS in 4 languages
EMDR THERAPY ONLINE
We give you the opportunity to consult a therapist wherever you are. It is not necessary to live in a large city, or in a country with a sufficient number of therapists.
All you need is an internet connection and to speak French, English, Arabic, or Berber. Your therapist will listen to you and advise you on the steps to take to resolve your difficulties.MAKE AN APPOINTMENT .
FREE CONSULTATION
Finally, a therapy that goes to the heart of your unconscious, to the implicit memories formed in your childhood, or those associated with traumatic events that your brain hasn't "processed." Even better, EMDR is practiced online and can help you soothe your emotions wherever you are.
EMDR is a particularly effective therapy for treating traumatic memories using eye movements or other bilateral stimulation. EMDR helps the brain "digest" difficult memories, allowing patients to achieve lasting peace.BOOK AN APPOINTMENT .

NEUROPSYCHOLOGY
PSYCHOLOGY
Individual, couples, or family support to better understand and manage your difficulties. Consultations are offered at the office in Marseille, or online from anywhere. They are suitable for all ages.BOOK AN APPOINTMENT .
Neuropsychology focuses on the relationships between the brain, on the one hand, and thoughts, emotions, and behavior, on the other. This can involve acquired brain abnormalities (brain injury, neurodegeneration, etc.) or congenital ones (neurodevelopmental disorders, ADHD , and other learning disabilities). I conduct assessments to aid in the diagnosis of learning difficulties or behavioral problems in children and adolescents, and offer support for cognitive rehabilitation.MAKE AN APPOINTMENT .
COUPLES THERAPY
"The couple is often the place where we settle accounts with our childhood, and where we project the anxieties of the past onto the other." Catherine Audibert.
If you are experiencing relationship difficulties in your partnership, therapy can help you restore quality communication, based on respect and kindness.Make an appointment .
SESSIONS PROCEDURE
FIRST MEETING: A SPACE FOR CARING LISTENING
During our first interview, I invite you to tell me about what you are currently going through, as well as your personal history: childhood, family relationships, schooling, adolescence, adult life…
I listen to you without judgment, in a supportive and confidential environment. If needed, I will ask you a few questions to better understand you, but you are free to discuss topics at your own pace, according to what you are ready to share.
At the end of this session, we decide together whether to continue the therapeutic work.
⚖️ AND THE TRAUMAS?
Two types of trauma are generally distinguished:
Simple traumas: linked to an isolated and significant event (e.g., accident, assault).
Complex traumas: resulting from an accumulation of painful situations (emotional neglect, abuse, difficult family environment, etc.).
In all cases, therapy aims to alleviate the suffering associated with these memories, to restore meaning, and to restore inner balance.
⏳ DURATION AND FREQUENCY OF SESSIONS
It is difficult to predict the exact number of sessions in advance. Even in the context of brief therapy, this depends on several factors:
What you experienced
The work you can do between sessions
Your regularity
The quality of the relationship we will build together
Your therapeutic goals
Some people notice a change in 10 sessions (about 3 months), while others need more time (6 months, 1 year, or even longer). The key is to progress at your own pace.
A TWO-PART APPROACH
If we continue, I generally propose support structured around two complementary axes:
🧠 1. A psychoeducational dimension
This work helps you better understand your psychological and emotional functioning, in relation to your history. We explore past experiences – sometimes painful, sometimes positive – that may have left a lasting imprint, conscious or unconscious.
🧩 2. An exploration of your thought patterns
Using questionnaires and discussions, we identify the strategies and mechanisms you developed in your past (often during childhood or adolescence), which, although they may have helped you at some point, may no longer be suitable today.
This allows us to define together the work targets: what you want to transform, overcome, or repair.

🎯 MY GOAL: TO HELP YOU (RE)FIND A SUSTAINABLE BALANCE
I firmly believe that our current difficulties are often linked to learning experiences we haven't been able to acquire, for various reasons. Together, we will activate neural plasticity in your brain in order to:
Repairing your traumatic memories
Promote new, more appropriate learning
Disconnect your dysfunctional automatic behaviors to create healthier and more adaptive patterns.
This requires time and commitment, from both you and me. I am here to guide you, support you, and encourage you throughout this journey.
